Daisy thankyou card

Hello again, it's pouring down with rain here today.
I guess my garden plants/vegs will love it though.

I have another 'Less is More' card to share with
you again. The theme is 'DIE CUT' so I used three
this time. A plain circle nesty, a lacey circle nesty
and a label from a Die-namics set.

The daisy stamp is a Penny Black one, the sentiment
is by WaltzingMouse and I used TH distress ink again.

( Grrr took lots of attempts to get the stamp in the middle
of the die correctly. I tried stamping first then cutting
and also cutting first and then stamping before you ask!)

The daisy and sentiment were stamped using my new
Brilliance Pearlescent Ice Blue ink. It looks pale grey
irl. and has the most lovely silvery sheen too.

I am dedicating this card to all my amazing blogging
friends. Thank you for all the lovely comments you
leave for me .......so kind of you and they always make
 my day :)

Sorry it's yet another pink card, I messed with this one
for ages. In the end it all just came together and I made
two cards with all the bits........I will show you
 the other one very soon.

Hope you like your card..........it's just for you  ;) xx

just had to share !

Mashi Foundation  who happen to do a bit of both
Check them out they look really fun and for
a great cause! kisses xxx"

Splash of colour card (peach)

Good morning friends/bloggers, I hope all is well with
you  today. As it's Saturday yet again , I have another
'Less is More' card to show you.

I am CASing a card of mine I made a while ago. My last
version was in  my  usual pink colour. This time I made
it in a nice peachy shade. Here it is, I do hope you like it.

Have a lovely weekend too whatever you have planned.
Thank you for all the good wishes too, this horrid virus
is going at long last and I am coughing much less now.

More below on health issues and remedies!

This week the theme over at 'LIM' is............

 FLOWERS

Flowers, peach, watercolour, peach

White Linen card
TH Distress ink
Memory Box flower & leaf die
Cheery Lynn butterfly die
Pearls from stash

ps. My eyes have had a bit of conjuntivitis  but after using some
bicarb of soda and some tea tree it's much improved.

I try and treat myself rather than going to the Dr if I can.
I must say I succeed most times, so I must be doing
 something  right.

I think you get more germs or pass them
on by going to the Dr's with every little thing. Or is
it   just me that thinks that's true ??

I have treated myself for ear-ache too by just using
tea tree oil. I wouldn't be without it now and all my
children know to use it too.

Arnica is another standby, great for bruises. I have
given a large tub of it to my children too for the
grandbabies.

As you can tell I believe in using
natural remedies where it's possible. Also it
explains why I get called Dr Viv a lot too lol :)

Do go to the Dr's if you are in any doubt though,
this is just what I do myself.

Digi Thankyou card

Good morning friends, it's  a sunny day here today,
yipee!!! so pleased to see some sun  after the
constant rain we have had lately.

I have  a digi card to show you today, another made
for the 'Less is More' challenge. It has to be
'One layer' with the theme of 'Thanks'.

I know a digi card seems like an easy option but
I did mess around making it for ages.

Still not sure about it either, the green leaves and
butterfly do look a tad more grey here.Oh well
showing you anyway.

digi, thanks, flowers

I tried to get some 'depth' to it by adding shadow etc.
I added a kind of watercolour background  which
I put a ragged edge too...another first for me digi wise.
I did add my usual Glamour dust and some liquid
pearls to the centre of the flowers also if you peer
closely :)

Here is another digi card made for my DIL, it's her
40th Birthday today infact. Pleased to say she
 loved the card too.

Green and Blue Swirls card

Hi everyone, I have another card to show you today.
I seem to be on a roll today as I have another
 half made too.

I am loving blue and green just now, reminds me of
the sea I think. Using my favourite embossing folder
 again too.

I managed to add a little pink and a few  knot
stitches also. This means it qualifies for 'Less is More'
(Use three colours or shades of the same colour).

Hope there is enough white space !!!

Also as I added some stitches I am entering it into
the 'Virginia's View Challenge' (stitching) too.I like the
tiny bit of embossing on the sentiment too, must do that
again.

I used Distress inks I sponged onto an embossing
folder. Then I spritzed it with water before running
it through the embossing machine.

I stitched a few knots in the circles on the embossing
 for detail.
